Geekonomy may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the website after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

For existing clients, changes to service-specific contractual terms will generally require the process specified in the applicable agreement.

31. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to Geekonomy's contractual relationship with you, subject to any mandatory consumer protection or other laws that cannot legally be excluded.

For business-to-business relationships where the parties have agreed to a separate written agreement, the governing-law and jurisdiction provisions in that agreement will apply.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive consumers of mandatory rights available under the laws of their place of residence.

32. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises concerning these Terms or our services, we encourage you to contact Geekonomy first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.

For business clients, disputes may be subject to the dispute-resolution procedure contained in the applicable service agreement or SOW.

Where no separate agreement applies, the parties may seek resolution through applicable courts, arbitration, mediation, or other legally available mechanisms.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising mandatory rights available under applicable law.

33. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally possible.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

34. No Waiver

A failure or delay by Geekonomy in enforcing any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

35. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the general terms governing your use of the Geekonomy website.

For paid services, these Terms should be read together with the applicable proposal, quotation, SOW, service agreement, invoice, and other written contractual documents.

If a signed service agreement contains terms that conflict with these website Terms, the signed service agreement will control for that client relationship.
